Electronic registration

How it works:

  • You follow in the train  in your car . One hour before the train departure a Conductor of the car  has on hand all passenger data with the service "electronic registration".
  • You show conductor document proving your identity (certainly the one on base of what that  e-ticket has been issued!).
  • The Condactor  compares the data of your document with his data and lets you into the car for a specified place in the electronic ticket
We recommend:
  • when boarding a train to carry the order form with information about the trip ;
  • not to use electronic registration service on the train, if there is a need to present a travel document (ticket) as a report document (business trip, reimbursement, etc.);

Pay attention! Electronic registration is not possible if:  
  • Wheeling a passenger with a child under 5 years without taking a seat , as it is necessary to issue a travel document (ticket) at the box office of JSC "Russian Railways" with the presentation of travel documents (ticket) per adult;
  • Must send luggage in the baggage car , as his carriage drawn upon presentation of travel documents (ticket);

Electronic registration is performed: 
  • automatically during the ordering procedure of electronic tickets;

Warning:  The cost of SMS-messages from 10 to 15 rubles (depending on the operating company). Message cost is not included in the service charge, and is deducted from the balance of your mobile phone number specified in the ticketing process.
 
The methods of making electronic registration:

In the presence of electronic registration is not made:

  • change in the conditions of the contract of carriage concluded when ordering the ticket purchase (rejection of the trip, stop and Trip Interruption in transit);
  • renewal of the contract of carriage in case of late passenger for the train.
Abandon the electronic registration can be no later than 1 hour before departure of the train from the starting station of the route of the train.The passenger has the option to abandon electronic registration form on a printed ticket of "Russian Railways" and refund the travel document when you make the ER with an intermediate station no later than one hour before the departure of the train from the starting station. Depending on the distance from the station of departure, the passenger must rely train departure time from the initial station plus one hour.

Passenger boarding a train with electronic registration is carried out by presenting to the car conductor of the passenger's identity document specified in the purchase order tickets.
In case of noncompliance passenger's name or number of the identity document, order information available to the conductor of the car, the passenger boarding to the train is not allowed.
 
If the passenger refuses the trip in the presence of electronic registration  he needs  not later than 1 hour before departure of the train from the starting station of the route to issue travel documents (ticket) at the box office of JSC "Russian Railways" at the front desk or through self-service terminal and return it according to the established order.
